How do I book a provider?
Go to Find help, choose a category, and tap "Use my location". Pick a provider from the results and tap "Request this provider" - they'll get notified and can accept.
Why can't I see the provider's phone number?
Phone numbers stay hidden until you unlock contact for that booking - a small one-time fee paid via M-Pesa. This keeps both sides safe from being contacted outside the app before a booking is confirmed.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the booking from the Bookings tab and tap "Cancel booking" - available while it's still requested or accepted, before the provider has started the job.
